Mark Patch has a wide range of experience in command, leadership and management. He has led projects in small to large organisations and in the private and public sector. He has performed at an executive level of management within the Department of Defence with responsibilities in acquisition and logistics support in his role as Director General.
He is a respected project manager whose specialties include procurement, performance measurement, contract negotiation and management. One of the many management projects undertaken by Mark as Director General was to lead a small, very capable team of experts in conducting contract negotiations and delivery of a $2.5bn contract change proposal for new troop lift and maritime support helicopter fleets, including a $200m training system and 10 years of through life support.

He has demonstrated experience with a diverse range of clients and as Director General in DMO he has specialist experience in procurement and contract negotiation in the Defence sector. More recently, Mark has acquired a reputation for being one of the most experienced assurance team leaders in Australia.
